Cam, thanks for the kind words. I would like to try Roebling, but will also be up at VIR full the same weekend. Be safe and have fun!

Good. I wasn't sure with the

The cold one will have to be some other time. I was wait-listed but just learned that I have a spot at VIR Full that weekend.

I didn't really want to run against you anyway - sounds like you're getting some good results from that plenum. I might have to consider that mod for myself!

Looks like we will be well represented at both Roebling and VIR that weekend.

Hey folks, keep me posted if you are coming to Savannah. I am trying to organize a nice dinner and possibly a night at the dragstrip based on when you guys are coming to town. Would be nice to have 10 or so Z cars in attendance If you are planning on coming to town please email me,

Many of us will be there Sept. 20 and 21st. More than a few will be driving down the 19th. There is a dinner planned for the 20th, but maybe the 19th would be good.

I have been talking to Mike from the TN club and he said that the event at Roebling is going to be Sat and Sun. They are all getting in on the 19th and he thinks that would be the best day for dinner and drag racing since the dragstrip will be open.

The website for the dragstrip is down but I am calling today to make sure they ar open. Also, I was figuring on planning for dinner at the Longhorn, which is a steakhouse here in Savannah that is basically like a step up from Friday's or Applebees.

Keep me posted on what your game plan is, and if you are up for drag racing. Cheers,

Richard

Okay,

I have two 350z (I think) students assigned to me: Doug Stewart and Adam Broslet.

Please make yourself know so I can begin developing a character assassination, I mean profile, from all of your previous posts. Of course, who am I to talk

Sir, it is you who should be instructing me. I expect I will be signing you off about 27 seconds after I shake your hand.

Actually, it should, as you say, be a lot of fun. Once you're signed off, we can talk to Matt Graham about instructing Adam. I will make inquiries prior to the event. Works for me too, as I can be freed up to instruct all the young ladies we get to these events. NOT!

So, anyone up for dinner Friday night? I was thinking a steakhouse here, I might be able to get some of the parking lot cordoned off for our cars...

I think we had been planning that all along... getting parking lot taken care of is even better!

For those of you who can keep up... I think a club is in order also on Friday night!

I called the drag strip to verify (Savannah Dragway), they are open next Friday for Imports vs. Domestics. Anyone prefer to head out for that as opposed to going to a strip club? Myself and a few others will be going for sure...

Evil, PLEASE let me know ASAP if you want me to set up some dinner plans. If I can get you and your crew to commit to dinner I can go down to the steakhouse and talk to the manager about getting a big table and the parking lot cordoned off for us. I will probably have to put my credit card # down on it so I need some reassurance that you guys will be able to make it.

Cheers,

richard

Ummmm.... May I suggest that if you go to a strip club, you probably shouldn't choose a drag strip club!
