Both the Unitech and Schuitemaker team are going to have some challenges getting around the high hp cars in GSII... Hopefully they'll be able to use the brakes and handling to their advantage by ducking underneath their competitors in the turns. However, those two straights at VIR are pretty long.

What amazes me is that a Turbo Perfmaence Center car won, the place my first car got destroyed at... **** those *******s... Those pieces of sh*t took advantage of my age at the time and had a "friend" break into the lot and steal all of my stuff out of my car...

I want to know the names of the people involved in this project, and now I want my money back.

"We're not responsible for the damage to your car because it was on our lot" Well "hello!" You left my vehicle unlocked and it got broken in to!

Now that I know they're back in the "game", I will search for my ways of revenge...

I haven't heard of them in years, but now that I know they're resuraced, I will do everything in my power to cripple these thieves... TPC, prepare to have busines destroyed... this is only the beginning you little f*cking thieves...

Edit: Nevermind, I found it... he's in the #98 Porsche...

Hope BJ is OK. He had a great Saturday. Sunday didn't end so well. I think they were in second or third place when he got hit.

He got out okay, but didn't look happy. I picked up a copy of the Unitech DVD from Fontana at their pit, great footage! Not the full race, just a 5 minute promo, but it had a great scene of the
Z overtaking a squirrelly GT3 on a short straight. They had a camera mounted on the roof of the car. I hope they can share some more footage. I would love to see their line at VIR!

Err... well, he didn't get T-boned, he spun out and then got T-boned... not sure if it was BJ or Schumacher though... we'll let BJ speak for himself...

I spun going throgh something... then the SPeed source DP spun going throught the same thing.
Then three cars tried to avoid both of us......and I got drilled bu the Red Bull car.....
Some times you have to pick left or right real quick.......left was the wrong choice!
He should have driven back behind the car but he tried to go right through it.
It sucks becasue we were down one lap and I was battling with the Ferrari to get my lap back.
Got it back and they pitted and was down to 25 seconds behind them when this happened.
Both crews this weekend did a kick *** job.
Love the new headers!

Dwnshift,

Sorry I had to miss the Cup race. Sounds like both Z's ran well. Michael had a good race. The Porsche got lucky on a caution. The first Z win is close. Donuhue said the Speed Source car should have put on his brakes and stopped, he kept rolling and the space he had went away.

Donahue keeps changing his story..............he should have hit the brakes instead of the gas like he did...........if you see the in car there was no room period and then he just nailed the gas hopping to ram through.

But I shouldnt have spun the car in whatever was there in the first place..... I kept the car running but the last thing I wanted to do was jump right back on track with the DP leaders coming through...then I would have been the real jackass.
I tested the Doran DP today for 3 laps.....wicked through the esses!!!!

The Z ran great all weekend. On Thursday Iw s able to get down to a 2:06.7. We kept [laying with setup to make it a little more drivable throughout an entire stint. The car in the race was great. We had some fortunate luck during Michiels stint and he sis a really great job behind the wheel.
The track was a little greasy but the car was very weel balanced. I couldnt belive the difference the new rotors made in stopping power. On flying full bore laps I could brake and the arrow make at the end on the back straight which was one maker past the 1 mark. not too shabby!!!
When I got in the car for the race we where in thrid place by about 20 seconds and a lap down to the leader. The Porsche had a real good first stint and a good pitstop to boot.
We hunted down 2nd place and ran the same times as the leader.but being one lap down and trying to conserve fuel we backed off the pace and settled for 2:09's and 8's. We put a lap up on 3rd and brought it home relativley in one piece.
The new headers, ECU program and the rotors were a def improvement on our 350Z.
Thanks to XERD, Techno Square and DBA!!!!
