pm blocked ?

does it mean that the vendor that I send 900$ for parts almost 1 month ago don't want to give me feedback where the money is ?

He send me a pm last week to tell me that the price of shipping was raise and now that I prefere to be refund he blocked my pm ?

someone can tell me more about that error message on the top ? thanks

Who is it?

If their status shows as "banned", then they can't receive PMs.

It may be due to the fact that their PM box is full. However, in the mean time, do tell us which vendor it is.

as a Moderator my self in a subaru's forum, I'll send you a pm instead of showing his name here in case is a computer problem or a misunderstood
