How do some members have larger avatars or GIFs...
that are bigger than the required size? I always have to scrunch mine down...

How do you even select a .gif as an avatar? Every time I do, the picture never moves

I was able to resize the antelope chewing one but it was so small that it wasn't worth hit.
It did work in my avi though...
