Default Removal of vq Heads..

Im looking forward to porting my valves, etc. i want to remove my heads off my motor..

biggest concern: does the motor need to come out of the car in order to remove the heads?

it is a pain no matter what, you have to remove the cams to get to the head bolts, and to get the cams off you have to remove the cam sprockets and to remove the cam sprockets you have to remove the front timing cover and to remove the cover you have to remove the crank pulley and accessories..... basically a PITA I wouldn't do it unless the engine is being disassembled for some reason, but yes it can be done in the car

beware..... if you have no experience with 4 valve heads you stand a good chance of hurting flow.the "hog 'em out" mentality will give you nothing but regret.
