Default Couple questions

Hi, I have a couple questions..

1. How useful is an oil catch can on a mostly stock VQ? Ive tried searching and mostly only found DIY installs tho I think I read about it being useful for forced induction set ups but havent found anything about on a stock NA motor. I'm wondering if this is something I may want to consider even with a mostly stock set up ( just plenum spacer and ARC intake ) or if this is a mostly cosmetic mod if not runing boost.

2. Can you use the Powerlab plenum spacer with the Cosworth manifold or would you even want to? I'm considering either the kinetix or cosworth.. Id like to go with cosworth however but was wondering if Id have to part out the plenum spacer.

Thanks in advance

I will answer neither of these questions because both of them can be answered with the search feature. Just out of curiosity, I have a question where would you put the powerlab spacer with the cosworth plenum. Maybe you could tip it off the side of the cosworth like some crooked halo. Look at some pics and read man....
