Cosworth 350Z / G35 High Comp Forged Piston Set
Part # 20003223
VQ35DE 95.5mm 11.0:1 CR

The piston is one of the most important components within the engine. It can be subjected to directional change up to 285 times every second and must withstand acceleration forces of 8500g. Cosworth high performance forged pistons are designed and engineered to withstand this type of punishment and still perform. All Cosworth pistons are manufactured using the same methods as our Formula One pistons and include features such anti scuff skirt coating, heavy duty pins, polished top and patented anti-detonation bands. Additionally, each application uses a unique forging to minimize weight and ensure the strongest possible piston design . Set includes six pistons, pins and clips. Rings not included.

Unique forgings for each application
Anti scuff skirt coating: Xylan
Polished tops (reduced carbon build up and stress relief)
Manufactured from proprietary alloy (CosAl 010)
Ultra strong pin
Patented anti-detonation bands
Compression ratio 11:1 Ideal for high power normally aspirated applications
Bore size:95.5mm

Piston set is a brand new complete set of 6 pistons, wristpins, and circlips for the 03-07 VQ35DE engine found in the 350Z / G35 / Altima.
Ring Set is not included please call a Cosworth dealer or purchase off the CosworthUSA website. Part # 20001512
No returns or warranties.

For anyone looking at these remember to check your stock pistons grade first. Because unless you are running new sleeves, or unless your motor has all grade 1 pistons these will have to much piston to wall. I really have no idea why all the aftermarket companies decided it would be a good idea to make 95.5mm pistons when you really need 95.530mm to cover all stock bores.....but that would require you bore most blocks anyway, it sucks. Anyway

This thread is bit old, but I am curious for recent changes

Is new Cosworth, new price change due to the manufacturer for Cosworth changed from U.K. to USA? Yeah...I paid $1,300 / 6 instead what they are selling for $775 now.

I see they have newer package compare to my older carton box with country of origin as United Kingdom?

Anyone know?
