I have not really got around to "running" it because I tore the dash harness apart to repin that obd port, and putting long tubes headers on. With finals going on haven't had much time to get it to the track. I did have a chance to get some gas mileage #'s though. Just because it was brought up. So on a 12 gal fuel cell that I have, in spirited driving up Julian and back I ran through most of the tank and the z mpg Gage was registering 16.4 but when I reset it and ran the rpm's up it dropped down to around 8. Now on a track at constant high rpm I am guess about as much as 2-4 mpg.

16.4 mpg isnt bad. So am guessing aroumd 13 mpg with normal driving. Let us know how it goes ehen you put on headers. Are they Ppe ?

There are people that run their car
When some people say they ran their car they mean through the 1/4 mile or around the track. Others when they say they ran their car what they are saying is that some shop guy strapped the car to something and ran it on a dyno.
I ran my car today???? but it ran at O MPH I just can't help it

It has short headers on it now. Not going the ppe route. Got some motorsport grade stuff in the works. Also the aero is getting put on, slowly, but it is happening.

10 mpg isnt too bad. Works out to cost pretty much the same as 93 which is usually around a 1$ more

Maybe if you rarely drive on the street but not for a daily. 10mpg would have me filling up two sometimes three times in a week. That is not cost effective to filling up once a week even if 93 is a dollar more.
So some basic math, $3/gal x 14gal = $42 once a week for 93 octane (roughly 300 miles on a tank). $2/gal x 14gal = $28 x 2 fill ups = $56/wk for the same miles driven.

Not sure why you think that I would need to fill up with 14 gallons of e85 twice per week when it uses 25 - 30 % more to produce the same energy as 93...Also, the reason why 93 is only 3 $ right now is because of the season. In feb I anticipate the price will increase to high 3$ range.

The injectors were flow tested to 600, not sure if they were worked over or not. I have the chart somewhere. My brother was using them in his z till he maxed them out on supercharger. A few others and I are using 600cc injectors just fine with e85 it seems.

Im doing a minor na build this winter. Tomei 272s with bc valvetrain and 3 inch intakes. Ive already bought gtr injectors and since the dw255lph pump is only another 100 bucks this is sounding like a no brainer. Is there anything else im missing? Will i need a fuel return system? E85 sensor?
I already have uprev to tune.

Your set up is very similar to mine. Just ordered 3 inch intakes and picked up some 560cc injectors. The only thing I need now is the walbro 255 fuel pump. No I do not think you need to do a fuel return system or e85 sensor.
