Default Hello! New owner of an 05 ZR! Love it!

Hey everyone, just bought a 2005 350Z Roadster. Has 97K. Married, so me and the wife had to comprise and had to get it auto. Even for an automatic, i love to drive this thing. Never owned or driven in a convertible but I want to drive this thing everyday. Here is a quick picture. Only one I have since i just got it.

CongratZ from a fellow ZR owner. Be sure to check out ZCON 2015 in Memphis in July. I'll be there in my Daytona Blue Touring.

I dig it except for those aftermarket headlights, those are wacky looking. Nice pick up though, I'm glad you like it!

Thanks man. I actually like the headlights. They look better in person IMO. Goes with the whole blacked out look

The first z I test drove was automatic and I must say it was fun to drive. But I couldn't find myself to pull the trigger so I bought manual.

Now that I'm getting older and do a lot of downtown city drivinG, I find manual sucks.

Actually, ZCON 2015 is over several days so you'd definitely want to stay overnight(s).

Welcome to the forum!

Do you have any plans for the car? I would suggest some 20mm and 25 mm hubcentric wheel spacers to poke those stockers out a bit. It won't change the way it looks to strangers, but YOU will definitely notice. Plus, at ~100$ used on the forum (for 2), it's an easy mod to budget for

Good luck with that vert!!

Thanks man. Will I have to get an alignment after the spacers? I've been looking into getting some because I also noticed the wheels are in way to deep.

Nah. I wouldn't bother. I would keep an eye on your rear tires anyway as the Z has issues with tire feathering. I found out the hard way on the OEM Bridgestones.
