Hey guys I have a question. I have a 2006 350z with 119k miles. I want to go ahead and replace some of the old parts with new ones so that I avoid troubles in the future. Which of these do you think I should start out replacing to increase/maintain power and durability of my car?

Hard to know what your car needs without putting hands on but....

Good idea to baseline the car with all fresh fluids front to rear. Good 10w-30 synth oil, Redline MT-85 in the manual trans (AT: Nissan Matic-S - supercedes Matic-J), Nissan fluids suitable for LSD in the rear, spec brake/clutch fluids of your choice. Check for leaks throughout this process and rectify as needed.

Along with that, all new filters (oil of course and air).

Once done with that, check your brakes for wear and R&R as needed.

From that point, optionally, you might want to check out the suspension components for wear and R&R bushings, shocks, etc. as needed. You should be good to go from there and just replace other stuff on as-needed basis.

This is pretty much the same for ANY used car.

"All fresh fluids" including coolant. Old coolant form crystals that cause leaks, thermostat and radiator failure.

Alright so if I want to refill my fluids, how should I do it? Do I have to drain it somehow? Or can I just add the new one on top of the old

Nevermind, ignore all previous advice. You should go to the dealership and have someone else do it, for the best chance of preserving your car.

Yea but:
1. The car isn't in my name at all
2. Dealerships are expensive
3. I want to learn how to do this kind of stuff on my own
4. The nearest dealership is pretty far away :P

Probably the wrong car for you due to the aforementioned reasons. Hope the person has great insurance coverage on the car. This car isn't cheap to maintain, partly why it doesn't hold any value at all.

DIY- watch videos on youtube, read DIY section, google seems to work well too.
