I asked Nissan about certificates. The Manager of Specialty Vehicles admitted they were way behind because of personnel changes, but said he would be working on them personnally in the next few days.

i thought i was the only one waiting, but i guess not... i did the survey in september of 2008, and nothing yet... i have called, but they didnt know what i was talking about... im going to email that lady mentioned here, maybe she will help... i guess there are many of us waiting still, but even though its a cheap piece of paper, it will be cool to have...

I also received my certificate today. Mine took less than 4 weeks, It hasn't even been a whole month since I bought my NISMO #1571. Hopefully all you guys who's been waiting have received your as well.

i applied for it a while ago, and i just got an email saying they need proof that im the original owner. However im not the original owner though, apparently he had already applied for the certificate and didn't give it to the dealership either. Has anyone got one that bought their car used?

I have not got mine and I bought my nismo used. they sent me an email asking if i bought it new or used. i replied that i bought it used, and havent gotten a reply yet. that was over two weeks.

I bought mine in october of 07. didn't fill out anything. the rice paper certificate showed up a month later. mines 0411/1500

Same here. Must've sent 'em all out at once. Funny thing was they also included a form letter telling me that I needed to complete the survey to get my certificate.
