just got back from my trip to purchase a new PPW Nismo. I had a 14 hour drive back to get acquainted with her and the drive was awesome. Took the scenic route back on a highway with alot of turns so I could really see how the car handled them and it did so beautifully.
Not sure how to post pics, but I am going to try. I have set up a new album labeled the same as this thread for any who are interested.
The spacers are gone. I was looking around all over this site before the purchase and saw that dealerships had left them in when others had purchased the car so I called multiple times and told the dealer to make sure that they were gone before I picked it up because I had a long trip back home. They had no idea what I was talking about, so i got on the phone with one of the service personnel and walked him through how to take them out (information I learned from this site) and he was able to remove them.
The ride is pretty smooth and not as stiff as I would imagine it would be if the spacers were in. I have not had a chance to jack it up and check but I am sure he removed them because of how the ride feels.
Thanks though. Post pics when you get yours.
-------Can anyone explain to me how to post pics directly to the thread or guide me to a previous thread that explains this? Thanks--------------------------------
Wondering if you kept the spacers..as its always nice to keep everything you can orig. to the car. Well I always do anyway. Im not surprised the peeps at the dealership didn't have a clue.
My eyes are still open and looking for a Silver one...
