I was reading about nitrous...and I ran across something called NX? can someone please explain this to me...

It's a brand... Nitrous Express. many would say they make the best wet kits available.

just like NOS, Zex or Venom.

Yeah it is just another brand. I had a Zex kit on my last car and was very happy with it.
