Good Installers?

Hello everyone, I have tried searching here and DIY mobile, have tried google and are having little luck finding a good installer that knows all the tricks of the trade. I live in Appleton WI. All the installers I talked with all tune by ear and use no other equipement like TRAs etc. Anyone lead me in the right direction to look?
