Aaron, there's nothing on the guy and that suicide. I think it was a suicide. The obit for the woman doesn't say much, and all the well wishes from her friends and family leads me to believe that she committed suicide.

I couldn't find any arrest or indictment records on the husband. And no news article of a crime, either.

Going to pick up the deer meat this Saturday. It's going to be a long day of driving. 6+ hours just for meat. Oh, well. It's our first and it's an investment.

link the obituary if you can... sounds like it was a pretty small funeral/burial on the other side of town.

Got your text. Pretty interesting. I couldn't find any open source stories on it. All I found was that link. I'll have to find it again.

Sooo....

I'm seriously looking at the Exomotive Exocet Sport for my next toy project. This seems more doable since I really only need a Miata as a donor car. The Sport kit is $7500, so the Miata would be stripped down to the chassis, engine, tranny, and lines. I'm hoping to keep it under $15k for total cost. If I can find a Miata for under $3k that's got a decent frame, engine, and tranny then I'm good to go.

Unfortunately, I can't find any Mazda's in the area that fit my needs. The 1.8L turbo engine would be ideal. So a 2002 or newer is what I'd need. However, a 1999 or newer NA engine is fine.

This engine is good for turbo upgrades. I could sell off the parts from the current car to help recoup the price.

I have a brand new car cover for sale CoverKings brand. Never used but did test fit on the car when I received it in 2011. Comes with a storage bag. I'm in Crystal. The wife thought she spent around $250 - $275 Asking $120

Also, hope its not frowned upon to post this here... let me know.

Thanks,
Savering

No worries, it's cool. The chat thread is like a free for all zone, especially if we're going to sell or trade stuff car related with each other in the local area.

I think my kids' PC needs a new video card. New monitor isn't working, so I connected another one. Same thing. I used different cords. Nothing. I restarted several times. I know the drivers are up to date for the monitor. So I can only assume it's the old vid card.

arg, so I done went and messed up my winter car (hit a curb, and a boulder just up off the curb) got all that fixed, $1000 down the drain i was saving for the Z.

BUT, I droe the Z a couple days to get to work, and after a few miles or so, my SLIP and traction control, and sometimes my BRAKE lights will come on, and stay on. I'm not %100 sure that my traction control is actually disabled, I obviously didn't want to hoon it around anywhere. I'll hopefully get a code reader on it this weekend, but anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing those lights to come on?
