Hey guys im in the market for a z and am going to purchase one within 4 months. i felt as if i shouldve started searching for a z so here i am. I am also very concerned about reliability so i am looking for conservatively tuned cars only. No 600 hp monsters im looking for a mid to high 300's hp/tq car with moderate boost.
Im very open about the options but the only couple things that i am looking for are as follows.
-Under 35k miles
-6 Speed MT
-NO ROADSTERS
-Black would be nice
-Street legal cars please?
-Turbo/Supercharger
-Gauges and hopefully some kind of management system, UTEC etc...
-a nice audio system would be great as well.
-Built Engine would be great.
Im looking to spend around 20k-25k.
So whos got a force inducted z around Northern Jersey, Southern NY, or the Tri-State area?
kick in another 5k and I think you can get the Forged Performance shop car....I would have done this if my total cost of car w/turbo wasn't going to be about the same money.

PM me if you wish to speak privately.
You are asking to much for that price... Maybe with a Honda Civic..lol
I think his point was you aren't going to even half of that for 20-25k.
First of all, finding a Z with less than 35k miles...forget it, unless we are talking 06+, which already is going to cost you $20k+. Then you want another $5-15k or more in mods, for $5k, no way.

First of all finding a z with 35k miles? how easy i already found one but just not within my reach, distance wise. http://www.my350z.com/forum/showthread.php?t=353159
oh ouch... seems like this car is perfectly priced at 25k, with a built engine, pushing close to 500 whp.
before you start bashing other members on this forum, think about what you are saying, just because you have a highlighted name and have some kind of status given to you by my350z.com doesnt mean your the **** you know. this is only an online forum, used by many different types of people. dont speak down upon anybody without knowing your facts.
Do you know how stupid u also sound? according to your random theory that only 06+ have less than 35k miles, then wed be starting at $20k right? so then if i asked for $5k more in mods wouldnt that be a retail price of $25k? did you ever pass basic mathematics? oh and there is something called a true market value, which is the value of something that has been USED, and there is also something called ideal market value. In america we have no ideal market value, everything car driven off the lot has an average value of close to 90% of what it was bought for. Nobody pays retail for mods that are already on a car.
haha oh and i bet you say this a lot.
SEARCH, and youll find a lot of cars (not in the tristate area right now) that are within most of my criteria.
here are a couple for you.
add about $20K to your offer and you can pick up my V8 swapped Z right away!
wow beautiful car. i wish i had 45k. for a ls2 z. wow. i always dreamed of a ls2 rx7 but i felt that the looks werent that appealing. but that z looks amazing.
