91 Nissan 300ZX TT 80k miles
I have a 1991 Twin Turbo, Aztec red/charcoal leather. 5 speed manual, t-tops, 80,3xx miles (will slightly go up as I still drive her once or 2x a week).
Stage 1 kit from Z1 motorsports was installed a few years back by the previous owner. Has a Borla exhaust.
The wheels are from a 03-05 Nissan 350Z track model. They're the Rays, 6 spoke wheels.
Interior is in good condition for its age. The driver side seat does not have any holes in the bolster (which as you know is common). There is a little fabric coming up on the drivers door behind the door pull. The original floor mats are still in good condition.
Exterior is in decent condition. It is 22 years old - some rock chips, few light scratches, few small dents (most are the size of a penny), has the original paint, all body panels are OEM (except the center nose panel - the previous owner swapped out the 91 w/ a 90 so it does not have the Nissan hamburger). The center nose panel could use a paint job however. The front bumper does not have any scrapes as far as I can see.
The engine is in great condition - starts right up every time. I would not hesitate to drive it far. Few mods to the engine as far as I know - just whatever comes with the stage 1 kit. The previous owner installed 14psi boost jets.
There is a noise coming from the front end and it is the exhaust heat shield coming undone and rattling. It isn't loud and barely noticeable.
There is no rust anywhere on the Z. I took it in for an oil change and the tech said he was surprised not to see any on the bottom of the car. As far as I know, it has never been in any accidents.
The t-tops do not leak at all.
One of the previous owners installed a new Alpine head unit, JL audio speakers. I added an XM radio.
Car has been very well maintained throughout its life. I have a lot of receipts, documentation showing all the work that has been done. The original owner died, his wife kept the car, drove it periodically, sent it to Nissan when it had 58k miles and spent 6k on getting a lot of items replaced: clutch, timing belt, hoses, fluids, etc.
I tried to cover everything I know about the car, but if you have any questions or would like to see it, please let me know.
Selling so I can pay off my student loans.
