Need help resizing my pic

Like the title says i need help resizing my pics. I want to post up my car on Iputinwork.com but i dont know how to resize them. They need the pics to be 500x375. If someone could help me out that would be great thanks.

Can i see a color change also i wanna see how my car would look in Daytona Blue if thats possible but not on the resized ones thanks

Thank you very much. Is there anyway i can get another size too so i can put it up on the pictures wanted thread. the size is 560 x255
