Current Public Policy Issues?

I have a do 3 speeches on a public policy and I'm having a hard time trying to come up with a good one. These are a few examples, but i can't use them:

Should abortion be abolished?
Should we amend the United States Constitution to allow foreign born citizen run for president?
Should gun control laws in Pennsylvania be made tougher?
Should weed be legalized?
Should the legal drinking age be reduced?

anyone have any ideas on what i could do it on? thanks

Any idea which side on the three issues you stand on? There are many pros and cons available on the internet on each of those issues.

well i cant use any of those, i have to pick a different. One thing that came to mind was raising the legal driving age.

why SHOULD abortion be abolished?

no & yes - late stage should be illegal, but first tri is fine with me.
no opinion - I don't know why it matters either direction
yes - massive money, reduced 'crime', reduced social issues
yes - because then parents can monitor it better

Should prostitution be legalised ? Do the benefits of legalisation or decriminalization outweigh the possible dangers?

Should human cloning be banned ? Should reproductive human cloning always be prohibited?

Should cameras be placed in courtrooms so that criminal trials can be televised?

Are there environmental, moral, or health issues associated with genetically modified food? Should it be banned?

This would be a good subject. Plus, researching it should be more fun than the other options.
