Question: Were there any WMDs stockpiled in Iraq, as vigurously argued by the Bush Administration?
Answer (A): Yes. However, the inability of this Administration to find and eliminate them, after wasting billions of dollars and thousands of lives, certainly puts the competency of the Bush Administration under serious scrutiny.
Answer (C): The CIA gave the Bush Administration incorrect intelligence information, and Bush acted on it. Therefore, Bush was misinformed and is not a liar. Geroge Tenet, the real incompetent, is now in early retirement.
Answer (D): Iraq had WMD's and had plenty of time to hide them in Syria and elsewhere, because the U.S. played pattycake with the U.N. for months before actually invading Iraq.

>> Answer (C): The CIA gave the Bush Administration incorrect intelligence information, and Bush acted on it. Therefore, Bush was misinformed and is not a liar. Geroge Tenet, the real incompetent, is now in early retirement.
This is akin to Answer (A), since the CIA is part of the Bush Adminsitration as a whole.
>> Answer (D): Iraq had WMD's and had plenty of time to hide them in Syria and elsewhere, because the U.S. played pattycake with the U.N. for months before actually invading Iraq.
Once again, this is Answer (A). The implication is that the Administration was incompetent to remove the threat, which is now floating elsewhere.

Why even post if you're going to presuppose your conclusion?

If we're going to place blame for incompetency, you'd better have a multifingered pointer. Of course, some people are intent on blaming Bush, so many facts simply aren't considered.

Greeeeaaaat. Now he'll return with an onslaught of meaningless repetitious Bush rants and multiple in-a-row posts that I can't even see, anyway. Thanks, Jesse.

If he left, it was on his own accord. No one banned him. I, and many others, simply chose to ignore him after a while. It would seem he simply lost interest.
How about leaving the only finger pointed at Saddam, since the deception was his?
The entire world knew Saddam had WMDs and still believed he had them, since Saddam bragged about it and steadfastly refused to cooperate. If he was mistaken, lying or otherwise, too bad for him.
Pete (sees the perfect and simple wisdom of this post)

By the way, you can use more than one answer. In fact, (E) works with any of (A),(B),(C), or (D).

Not the entire world. After all, the UN was still at works trying to determine the very question.
In any event, even based on your explanation, the community of US intelligence is pretty incompetent and gravely ineffective, if they were all duped into believing Saddam's hallow words. Moreover, let's not forget that the war is currently costing the US billions of dollars and many lives.
There are many bullies and ignorant a$$holes out there (which probably don't even know where Canada is ) and that not even worth the risk, the time, nor the $ to be bothered with.
