It will consist of the pipe work that you see for the exhaust side plus a new turbine housing. We have not figured out pricing as of yet.We think that the Turbonetics upgrade will be more popular then the turbo kit.

Will there be a package that will enable me to gain 600 rwhp easily similar to the Plabs kit.. obviously we will need to switch out turbo for something bigger.
When will these kits be out?

Yes.We can run a massive turbo with this set-up.The only downside is if we go with something that has a 4" inlet, the air filter will be a problem However, the T67 will do the job with room to spare.

Will it be open dump, or routed back into the downpipe? Better yet, maybe you could have an open dump option. Also do you think that there will be any bottlenecking in the exhaust with that massive downpipe off the turbo splitting into 2 smaller pipes?

The wastegates can be done either way.On this car we will be routing it back in.The 3" downpipe is splitting into two 2.5" dowpipes so there is no bottleneck.
