We have done 855rwhp on our 4.2L stroker with the turbo kit being the limiting factor.

Injected Performance has a 1,300rwhp beast that I am sure Hal can provide info on if needed.

Another member on here is making around 860rwhp.

So yes, 800rwhp can be easily achieved.

We offer both internal and external waste gate options. If the customer wants to be more cost effective then internal is the way to go. If the customer is looking for high boost, and needs a steady boost held all the way to redline, then external waste gates will be needed.

Actually, on our shop car, it was rather easy to accomplish, only reason we didn't make more power was because of the turbos.

You could say sleeves aren't needed for 800rwhp, but you can't say they aren't needed as well - because we just don't know, from a reliability stand point, there just isn't enough data to say either way.

The HR engines make much less torque than the DE engines, that is the why nissan designed them, which is why they rev higher stock, the nice thing is that the tq is flat and carries all the way to redline which is a big factor that will contribute to the longevity of the engine, and why they will handle boost much better than the DE engines.

There will be some HR engines making 500rwhp on a stock block for a long time, and some won't. That is just how it is, some engines are better than others.
