So how did it go Rocky Raccoon? Did you guys make it to the tracks? I was tempted to join up, but 2 days in a row, for me at the shop was pushing it as I am backed up with my work.

Your car is super sick, I love the way your timing chain covers were powder-coated. FYI, I almost bought the Daytona blue, instead of the Silverstone.

Drive carefully, as looking at the dyno charts your torque picks up early in the 3.5/4K rpm range and appears to be increasing linearly with/throughout the entire rpm band width. Go light on the gas pedal taking off on the streets; even with the Toyo proxes.

Great pictures.

at 550 who cares...lol..with the momentum built up by 5000 rpm...and the rate of the rpm climb...its already too late to shift without banging the limiter anyways...lol

NICE numbers now doubt....NICE in deed.

What gear was the car dynoed in?

Seems very short to me watching the video like 3rd gear almost.

Congrats on being in the 550+ wheel club my man. Enjoy your new found power.

Holy Scheiße man; I have got to meet you my good man, you are so very sharp and realistic, have not seen enough people with such amazing perception; jolly damn good my brother. Seriously, you saw the entire picture just in one take.

Dynos do not mean a thing, if one is unable to translate that map to a true-to-life scenario. After all that first Sixty-foot time is so critical, to winning races.

I couldn't have said it better. It was phenomenal seeing the torque kicking in at 3,000/3,500 rpm, what a beast. You should have seen the actual data sheet and you would be amazed.

I take my hat off to you, Mr 4SHIZZIL

Not true, really. In higher gears you will notice a big difference between that car, and a car that pulls all the way through red line. If you've ever ridden in cars with both types of power band you'd know what I mean.

I'm not sure why it would drop off like that either, even with the stock plenum. Is the car running stock heads/cams?

Then again, it may just be conservative tuning. I'm interested in hearing how the hydra ems is working out.

I think your looking at the TQ not the HP.The HP seems to make peak around 5700-6000 then drop off at 6000 like most VQ's do, that dont have a good cam. The cam selection is critical for usable powerband above 5500rpms. When we went to the BC stage2's we made power out to 7400-7500 with minimal drop off, as compared to the JWT cams we had previously.
All in all a nice power band, and nice build by Vinny.
But whats with Vinny snapping his head back after he got off the throttle? LOLS...

its a fourth gear pull, you can see his hand bring it to fourth in the video. i have stock cams in the car. heads are not stock. the tune is very conservative and safe. i will try to put the data sheet up later so you can see the break down of everything. G, i def learned fast that to go fast i dont have to put the pedal to the ground, this thing can really boogie. i love the sound too,its not too aggresssive, but you can tell it is worked. it feels like it always wants to go, and the torque is right their when i need it in any gear. i'll have some more videos up soon, im off the next few days.
