GT Motorsports: Stage 2 Turn-Key DE TT kit, Cosworth, EVO TT, 433rwhp/413rwtq
Just wrapped up another one of our DE kits. This car came in with a base Vortech kit, and as nice as this car is, it needed a little something else to put it over the top
GTM Stage 2 Turn-Key Twin Turbo System
Cosworth Intake Manifold
Cosworth fuel rails
600cc injectors
GTM ECU Flash
Upgraded MAF Sensor
GTM 14" Fan kit w/ fan controller
GReddy EVO TT Exhaust
S.S. Braided vacuum lines
GTM 3" Down pipes
Defi Gauges
91 octane fuel, 6 PSI (waste gate), what the car will be driven at:
91 Octane fuel, 9 PSI, with a temp. manual boost controller:
OMG, George... that DE doesnt fall flat on its face after 6k rpm, it makes power up to 6700rpm from the looks of the graphs.. is it the cosworth plenum?!?!

Well I am sure the plenum does help a little, but it is a combination of the car only running 9 PSI, and also the fact that we can run more timing since we have full control with the factory ECU (vs. a piggy back)
that 1st graph doesnt look too much different vortech, less than 20 ft pounds difference under 3500 rpms and more or less the same from there. HP curves basically overlay mine.
And how did you pick up almost 100 foot pound of torque buy just adding 3 psi?
that 1st map cant feel much different than a vortech, but that 2nd map is prolly quite fun!

its called a boost controller..... running off of the internal wastegates will usually cause a slower spool than w/ out a controller. Even at 6psi w/ a boost controller the car would make more power in the lower RPMs because the boost would build faster.
