Christian has given us the honor to work on his twin turbo G37 project and we are very happy to do so. This car made it's way down to our shop from Maryland and we went to work right away so we can get the car back to its owner ASAP. We are very pleased with the results to say the least and are sure Christian will be as well. This car puts down serious power for a stock block and it feels great, definitely one of the better G37's we have turned out. (Doesn't hurt that this was a 6MT, all the others have been A/T so far ) What makes this car unique are the choice of the components Christian choose from; the 3" down pipes/external waste gates, down to the OS Giken clutch, really helped us accomplish our 500rwhp goal.
Although our goal started off at 500rwhp, the car made that very easily. We made a phone call to the customer to see if he wanted to go past the 10PSI mark, he gave us the OK and we cranked the boost up a little more. At only 12 PSI we broke 600rwhp and decided to stop at that point, not to mention the fuel system is pretty much at full capacity around this power level.
The combination of the larger displacement (3.7L) and VVEL really allow this engine to make some serious power with minimal boost, also the higher compression is a factor. Drive ability is STOCK, the car feel as it did when it came in but with double the power output. These new lines of VQ are truly amazing and are great boost candidates.
As you can see from the pictures this car is equipped with the ICC, and it is still fully functional with our turbo kit. The GTM ICC Supplement kit relocates the ICC as shown below and it retains full functionality; although it must be re-calibrated via the Consult III. Only this car we also did some custom molding of the bumper to achieve that OEM look which is not included in the standard kit.
GTM Stage 2 Turn-Key Twin Turbo System
GTM 3" Turbo Cat-back exhaust
GTM 3" Downpipes w/ External waste gates
GTM ICC Supplement relocation kit
GTM Stainless Braided Clutch line
GTM ECU reflash via Osiris
OS Giken Twin Plate Dampened clutch/flywheel kit
Blitz SBC Boost Controller
PLX Devices Monitoring System
I can understand running those power levels on a stock block when the shop is right around the corner.. but with the shop being on the other coast.. i hope you have AAA or own a Tow Truck.. Good Luck

I guess with the money saved on skipping EMS and fuel system upgrades, ect, he covered his shipping costs several times over.
With all the local talent here in the mid-A...crazy!

Misinformed post FTL.
1) This car is running an ECU reflash, which is better than most the EMS options out there.
2) this car is running Walbro fuel pump with 600cc Denso injectors.
3) This car isn't skimping out on anything, this car has everything it needs to make good power, external waste gates, OS Giken clutch, all his bases are covered.
By the way we have quite a few Twin Turbo G37's running with our turn key fuel system with out any issues reported.
