are rims arp studs and spacer included withe hoosiers just want to make sure I'm reading this right

Yes, everything is sold together. Shipping is about $120 to jus about anywhere in the US. Estimated, based on total weight.

What is the total height of the tires? From ground to top of tire, trying to see if this will fit under my Z.

These will definitely fit, they're 28" diameter. Add about an inch for tire growth. They fit under my Z with plenty of room to spare.
