The wheel in 20" cast one piece is the same weight or slightly lighter then a 3piece variation of the same wheel. But what the stainless steel lip does is give you that look of a 3piece lip that no matter how much you polish the lip you cannot get otherwise.
BTW the lip is over 4" deep...
The stainless steel lip is accomplished buy a patent process by which during manufacture we lock and seal a stainless steel clip that covers the entire surface of the lip of the wheel. The total weight of this is negligible b/c the clip we put on the lip is only like 1/16 of an inch thick. Further the design is a 5spoke to also minimize weight.
At the end of the day its a free set of wheels and tires. I am not here to be a vendor or promo the product Im just here to give away a totally free set of wheels and tires with your display at the show, not to mention the free tickets to go to the sema show that you can only get if you are in the industry and then you still gotta fork over something like $20-40 bucks per ticket.
