Finally!! It can be done..
Let me start by saying this is for people that are willing to go all the way by breaking and destroying stuff to get to there goals.
people said its imposable to change the volt+oil press gauges and keep the multi-gauge SO :
the things that need to be broken:
hoop you like it!!

No, the middle and right gauges have been proven to be removed and swapped while still leaving the multi guage in on the left. Some say it wasnt possible, but there was a thread on it years ago from a guy who did what you did. Most people and shops dont bother doing what you did though, so most ditch all 3.

Alright, so you left the gauges in there, just removed the plastic stuff in front and broke the needle off. The STRI gauges are rather shallow, so I assume they fit right in.
I didn't think it would be that easy I do wish the STRI "amber" (red, really) gauges matched though. If I would have thought of this, I would have ordered an oil pressure gauge and a triple pod instead of dual, then I wouldn't have had to mount any gauges on top of the dashboard

Is there anything you have to be careful of when breaking apart the original gauges?
Very interested in adding 1 additional gauge but I already have a triple pod on the A-pillar. Any suggestions would be great.
Thanks.
Kudos, nice work. I often wondered about separating the 3.
