I was thinking about picking up a CF engine cover like yours until I saw the comment about the spacer. Does it hit the strut bar or something?

I have a JIC strut bar and a plenum spacer. When I tried to install it my strut bar was hitting it - it was off by about 1/4 of an inch. My mechanic mentioned that with strut spacers I may run the risk of my hood not closing properly. It's a great looking cover but I'd rather be able to close my hood
