Yes, it has been done. (There's a great thread covering this on one of the Max forum sites) However, I'm not clear on whether the mounting brackets as supplied in either of the two major Z33 kits (CZP or Z1) work out-of-box on a 7G Max or whether it requires a different bracket. Suggest calling Z1. 1-770.838.7777
But the same issue with Z33 applies AT LEAST EQUALLY to a Max: Do the wheels fit? That's where getting the caliper fitment templates come in handy:
