Default Colorado 350Z Mechanic

I just picked up a 05' 350Z and I may have to have some minor work done. I'm having a over heating issue but it looks like it's just the thermostat. I picked up a new one to have installed and I'd probably like a upgraded air intake installed.

Do any of you have any suggestions on where to get my work done as well as future work?

I just moved to Denver and I have the same question. I have heard quite a few people talked about boulder nissan but that seems quite far away? Do they charge fair or just like every other stealership price?

Boulder Nissan is a well-known performance dealer that's about a 35-min drive from Denver in non rush hour traffic. They have pretty standard shop rates, and have been quite fair in my experience. For diagnostics, they'll usually charge an hour of shop time to hook up the CONSULT III and get an accurate idea of what work needs to be done. Actually fixing the problem will usually take more than that. But for items like an "upgraded" air intake, it's time to just roll up your sleeves and DIY.

There is a shop in springs called gear head garage. They have some z enthusiast mechanics that drift. They're installing my new clutch next week. They did great work for me when I had my hondas as well. They also rent shop space for DIY too large to accomplish on jackstands. I may rent out to install my exhaust when I purchase it. Easier on a lift for sure. lol.
