i think lebron is the successor to the jordan throne...he's young, but he's on that path imo MUCH more than kobe...kobe doesn't have the positive public image that it takes to be like mike

Man, I saw that game where Jordan was crazy sick. His team was getting trounced, and he used every bit of energy he had to pull through a playoff win. He could barely stand at the end of the night. But he won. That's what Jordan was... a winner.

the question needs to be more specific. Who is a better team player? Jordan. He was and still is the best team leader there ever was. But in terms of a one on one game, Kobe prime has more raw talent than Jordan Prime and Kobe would win one on one.

Jordan Prime would crush* Kobe Prime 1on1..Jordan Prime and Kobe Prime are nearly unstoppable offensively. The difference is that Jordan Prime was the best on-the-ball defender at the 2 guard position that ive ever seen, period.

I don't think so. Kobe may be a half a step quicker (may be) but Jordan was more powerful and a better outside shooter - these give him the advantage no matter which direction the game goes - inside or outside. On defense ... the other 51% of the game .... Jordan is the better defender.

Kobe will never lead his team in a Jordanesk manner. Period. You'll never hear people say he's the "_____ of driving, he's the _____ of chewing gum, he's the _____ of pogo sticking" like you hear Jordans name fill those blanks.
Not this sh*t again. They were/are good in their times, but given both of them in their primes, I'd say Kobe. Without a doubt. His style is different than Jordan's, but of course, there's a buttload of Kobe haters out here.
