I am rooting for L.A., but how in the hell is the NBA MVP not going to take charge on an elimination game. Lebron James put up a better fight than this. The damn Hawks, yes the fcuking Hawks put up a better fight than this. The fcuking leagues MVP cannot even get his damn shot going. WTF is going on. This is why Kobe will never be and should never be compared to the great Jordan. This dude is choking.
Umm... boston's just playing great defense by collapsing the middle, notice how everytime somoeone from the laker drives they have 3 guys forming a wall in front of him? Notice all those steals in the passing lanes? That's not by accident. Its because nobody else on the lakers is making shots to make the celtics get out of the paint to defend them and open up the driving lanes. This is fundamental basketball. Make the jump shooters beat you and don't allow any easy baskets in the paint. THen it becomes law of averages. Its very hard for anyone to keep shooting 60% from 3 point line.

I am just disappointed that the Leagues MVP is playing like trash in game of this magnitude. I will however give credit where credit is due. The C's are crowding the paint making it difficult for anyone in there and when they do kick it out, the jump shooters can't hit sh!t.
Horrible display of basketball on both ends by the Lakers. They look like they gave up when they went down by 9.
Gasol is flatout terrible. He is a weak European player that doesn't understand the intensity and physicality of the NBA. He and other Lakers seem to think they don't have to come to the pass, but that it'll get into them anyway... hence all the steals. Celtics are doing a great job disrupting the passing lanes and forcing Kobe's supporting cast to beat them, which they aren't...

All im saying is yes you and i are both dissapointed and disgusted by how Lakers are playing but to make this thread during halftime doesn't help at all. if i went overboard with my comments then i do apologize
