kinda funny cuz when the lakers had the "dream team" with Malone and Payton, they still werent able to pull off what we just say with this Celtics squad.

If I had Kobe and Shaq I sure as hell wouldnt pass Karl ****in Malone and Gary Payton the ball either. Were talking about KG, the best jump shooting big man ever, in his prime... and the one of if not the best 3 point shooter of all time... I think KG and Allen contribute just a little more than payton and malone

KG is great. But not considered a real "shooter". His outside game isn't anywhere near as dominant as his post-up game.

Without Paul Pierce they would be a 60+ win team and a #1 seed that got beat in the 2nd round by a one man team in the Lebron Cavaliers.

KG isn't the best post-up big man ever. Hakeem? Kareem? Duncan?

He isn't the best big man shooter either. Malone & Ewing are way better and more consistent jump shooters than he is, and in pure shooter terms, it would have to be awarded to Dirk.

I guess you could say he's the best lanky athletic big man to come out of high school... but Amare's right up there in skills. Even Amare's J is catching up to KG's, who's been in the league far longer than he has.

Doesn't matter, we're talking about who was able to get it done as a team, just goes to show you that you can have all the talent in the world, but if you don't play as a team you will not win squat ex: 2004-2005 "lakers dream team"

Of course Celtics would suck without KG and Allen, no worse than Lakers suck without Paul Gasol. Lakers were a .500 team when he got hurt for a stretch.

You forgot Kevin McHale. He was by far and wide, a better post-up big man, then KG could ever wish to be and arguably, as good, if not better than the three you mentioned.
