Personally, as a fan of the old NFC Central, I think he should retire. Saying that, I voted that he come back (im assuming he WANTS to come back). He obviously still has the skills, coming off of a very good year. His team has the players to make it interesting in the playoffs and hes one of the most entertaining players to watch in the league. So, if he wants to come back and his wife lets him, by all means come back.

flip flopping FTL...if he doesn't come back he will end his career on a high mark. if he stays he'll end up being washed up. is he looking to come back to GB?

Yes......to the Bears.

Some reports have him asking to be released if GB doesnt want him back.

It's a mixed bag for me.

I saw him cry like a little girl at his retirement press conference so I believed this time he would really do it. It's gettign kind of old you know...

on the other hand,

Favre had one of his best years last season and I think he still has more in the tank. The packers have a great young team and would be foolish to not ask for him back.

it's a yes for me

very few players have so much love & passion for the game like Favre does.

Everyone loves him as both a fun to watch/legendary qb + an awesome guy

seriously how can you even not like Brett Favre ? lol

Can you imagine how difficult that decision is though Blasian? He's playing a game hes loved since he was 6 or 7 years old. It paid his way through college (Im assuming at least). It landed him a "job" that has paid him millions upon millions, setting up his entire extended family for at least a generation or 2. Now, he has nothing to prove to anyone so after losing his last game he starts leaning towards retirement. His wife and family lend their support to that side and he thinks HE wants it. Now a few months go by and his brothers start getting ready for all the camps..his body, which is like Pavlov's dogs by this time, is starting to prepare itself for the rigors of a season. And then theres nothing.

It's got to be like a drug to him..now hes fiendin' with no payout. I can't say I blame him at all.

I say no, wouldn't want him to do the jordan thing no matter how nice it would be to see him throw another 50 plus bomb for TD...

F Brett Farve - the most over rated QB ever. If he played in a major market he would have been traded years ago. He had a few good years and then just lived off the hype and had the monday night game after his father died that made him untouchable in the media (along with his wife's battle with cancer). Look at his playoff stats - he is an interception machine.

btw - I'm a Bears fan!

Which is a pretty bad thing, especially if he comes back

Packers are pretty good, so why not give it one more shot. Sucks for bench warmer Rogers though.

Coming from a hardcore GB fan, i say NO. While i would love for him to comeback, it's a heavy burden to put on the orginization.
