I agree that the guy is fast, but it looks alot better than it really is when the other guy is standing there "static".

fast is fast....whether it's a dummy or a tree stump. since he's able to pull those punches, i wouldn't want to feel them at real depth.

i'm guessing he also "responds" to a real combatant and "anticipates" what he'll do next. This guy is the real deal.

I'm saying you can get that fast if you use the dummy enough.

He should be real he's an instructor. I've watched several videos of him a long time ago.

This guy was pretty quick too but he died.

And these guys seem pretty fast for what looks like just playing around
