hey guys, interested if any of you are in any kind of mma classes and what weight class your in, etc, as well as what your routine is. mines listed below, just trying to get a feel of some of yours. i train at duke roufus (who is a family friend, and went to the same church as me lol). for all you WI people its right by state fair park on 76th. also interested in why you guys that are in it started? i started so that i have motivation to keep in shape, stay active, and its something ive always wanted to do after i got out of my last jiu jitsu school.
also monday wednesdays/fridays weightlifting arms/shoulders etc, tuesdays/thursdays/saturdays legs back, etc.
also on a side note, i went into practice last night and was surprised to see pat barry there (at duke roufus in milwaukee). trained with him for a few hours, and man, this guy is a beast all around. after practice we were talking a bit, and i was surprised to learn that prior to him first picking up a set of gloves 7 years ago, that hes never been in a street fight, and that he was in a bowling club in highschool. also train with ben schafer, and anthony pettis (undefeated in the 155 class).
