I seriously think the eagles could be scary good this season.. They are already a good team, but adding Vick.. along with what I think was the best 09 Draft class with Jeremy Maclin, Lesean McCoy, Macho Harris then aquiring veteran Ellis Hobbs on D and the Eagles are STRAIGHT STACKED..
Just think about McNabb, Vick and Westbrook in the backfield with Maclin and DeShawn Jackson spread wide...

I agree, they fcuked up by letting Dawkins go. Not only is he my fave player of all time, but he led that defense. Johnson (RIP) hopefully taught his guys well enough to function without him, he was a genius.
I think the D will do fine though, they are strong on both sides of the ball.
philly was stacked BEFORE they signed vick. speaking for the majority of falcons fans here in the atl i can say we are thrilled he's the eagles trainwreck now. he brought us 1 playoff win and more int's than you can fit in a dog fighting ring. exciting to watch? sure he was. about every 3rd game. he's paid his dues I suppose and i guess everyone deserves a second chance, even vick. thanks, mike vick for bringing matt ryan to the atl. really, thanks. good luck in philly, vick! they are hardcore. if they throw batteries at freakin' santa claus guess what it's in store for you!

I think Andy Reid is a great coach for Vick to play for. I don't think Vick will be a distraction for the Eagles. He'll back up McNabb this season and probably will next season too. Then he'll be off to some other team where he'll be a starter again.

As a long time Va Tech fan (both kids are Tech grads) and long time Eagles fan (used to live in Philly and still go to a couple of games every year), I am totally disgusted at the decision to sign this moron.
Sorry, but running a dogfighting operation for SIX YEARS is a little more than "a mistake". This guy is a sociopath.

im cowboys fan btw so i dont care what the giants LB's run....and id give them the benfit of the doubt and say they're probably on par with him now a days. thats what 23 months of 23 hour LOCKDOWN will do to your legs

exactly. this wasnt a mistake. writing the wrong amount on a check at they grocery store is a mistake.
