Are the front and rear tie brace only for manual tranny cars? How about the 4 Point Mid Chasis brace? Also 2003+ includes 07-08 cars?

Front and rear braces fit BOTH the auto and manual 350z. Front only fits manual G35.

4 point fits both auto and manual, from what my GT SPEC rep told me, the parts should fit the 2007-2008 350z also.
