Default Bilstein Shocks

I have a set of Bilstein B6 shocks front (struts) and rear for the 350Z. They are like new.

The shocks are very high quality and standard prices for the set of 4 Bilstein shocks go anywhere from $927 to $1,060. I am selling them for $675 shipped in the U.S. to the lower 48 states.

I can also be reached at 614-657-2892

How many miles are on these? Why are you getting rid of them? Different direction or did you not like them?

About 120 miles. I tried them on my car. They provide a better controlled ride when compared to stock, especially in the corners. For me, I just thought the ride was somewhat firmer than I wanted when running the Columbus, Ohio city streets. Don't get me wrong they are not as firm as the Koni Yellows.

Here's some more info from another Z owner on this forum about the Bilstein shocks:

They are noticeably stiffer than stock when cornering, but absorb bumps much better compared to OEM. They also feel more consistent on rougher roads.

What makes them different is that they are monotube shocks. I love the rebound characteristics of the Bilsteins than any other shocks on the market.

I have used Koni and Tokico D-specs (on other applications) and Bilsteins (for the Z) are much more refined.

What spring rates are these rated for? I have D-specs now and wondering how they compare.

They work well with the 2004.5 or greater 350Z OEM springs, which are: 314 front and 427 rear.

They also work well with the RSR Ti2000 springs which are rated at 345 front and 417 rear.

Also the Eibach Pro springs: 296/384 front and 316/421 rear.
