This came as part of a rear knuckle that I ordered and I don't need it. Don't know how many miles are on it, etc. But it appears in fine working condition.

Comes with template to widen Toe Bolt hole on subframe. Use a simple dremel and follow DIY instructions on this forum to use properly.
