FS/FT: Tokico HP Blue Shocks for 350z

Tokico HP Blue Shocks for 350z
Tokico HP Blue shocks – Front and Rear for 350Z
Price: $400
I used these for about 4 weeks with the OEM stock springs (like new). I found that they were firmer than OEM shocks, but better than KYB Excel G shocks. Overall I think they work best with lowering springs.
Tokico designed the 350Z version of their ultra-popular HP Blues to be the perfect Street Performance Struts, ESPECIALLY for lowered 350Z's. Tokico increased the rebound damping by 25% to control lateral body movement. Also since the 350Z struts are already quite firm from the factory, they only slightly increased the compression damping, in order to keep the firm performance ride quality & feel, without the bone-jarring effects of over-stiff compression damping.
The HP Blues have a twin-tube, low-pressure design, therefore you get the most control and comfort available in a gas-pressurized shock. Tokico HP Shocks & Struts also minimize low-speed damping force and greatly increase damping at medium and high piston speeds for improved compliance, handling and tire adhesion. The special rod guide design and low friction piston also helps to minimize mechanical drag.
