I'm sure you car buffs have heard of it and the word is getting around that this is an amazing car. Seen clips of it taking out Ferraris and Porsches on a track. I was thinking of building an Ultima GTR in the near future, but at over $100,000 for all the parts and to build it complete, it will have to wait for a little while. The GTM Supercar on the other hand I could go for probably next year. What do you guys think? It is a mid engined setup with a chevy small or big block with a Porsche G50 5 or 6 speed transaxle. The car only weighs 2250 lbs. So think about it. 2250 lbs, 500 horsepower, and handling as good as any supercar. This would be a track beast! Attached is a picture for your viewing pleasure.

I heard about it a while back, uses a lot of GM parts, like corvette suspension and brakes and such. Supposed to pretty well priced too.
edit: I think they are using lsx motors(small block), i have heard of a ls6 in one and an ls7 in another. |

Followed the development of this car from the start. Looks like a sweet car, I've always wanted to build a Factory Five car.

didnt know they made that car, I certainly heard of their others though. they're replica/kit cars but very good ones, i remember reading a C&D article about the coupe a few years back and they gave it some good praise. good to see they got their own design going

Man...i love the Dayton coupe. If I have extra money, I am going to build one myself. I got the DVD from FF5, it's pretty cool.
