I saw these interview questions online for corrections officers. I feel I am pretty good with interviews but they seem to mess with your head.
-How would you describe your childhood?
-What was it like being the oldest/youngest/middle child?
-How would you describe your relationship with your parent(s)/sibling(s)?
-How many close friends do you have?
-How often do you see them?
-What do you do when you hang out with your friends?
-What's your biggest mistake?
-What are your strengths?
-What are your weaknesses?
-What would you change about yourself?
-What's the hardest thing you will have to overcome in your life?
-Why do you want to become a correction officer?
-What do you think will be the hardest thing about being a correction officer? What do you think you will enjoy about being a correction officer?
-How often do you drink alcohol? How much?
-What do you do in your free time?
-What are the reasons why you left your previous employer(s)?
-What makes you angry?
-What do you do when you are angry?
-How do you resolve a disagreement with someone?
I really wouldn't know how to answer some of these properly?
Biggest mistake? Hardest thing to overcome? What to change about yourself? Alcohol use?
Any thoughts?

Hi,
Thanks very much for this comment. It help me to think about my ideals.
-How would you describe your childhood? My childhood was typical: summers in Rangoon... luge lessons... In the spring, we'd make meat helmets... When I was insolent I was placed in a burlap bag and beaten with reeds — pretty standard, really.
-How would you describe your relationship with your parent(s)/sibling(s)? My father was a relentlessly self-improving boulangerie owner from Belgium with low-grade narcolepsy and a penchant for buggery. My mother was a 15-year-old French prostitute named Chloe with webbed feet. My father would womanize; he would drink. He would make outrageous claims like he invented the question mark. Sometimes, he would accuse chestnuts of being lazy. The sort of general malaise that only the genius possess and the insane lament...
