Can I call him and tell him how much of a douchebag he is? Or does he already know that?

Question for Rubicant or Crimson Rockett...

I understand that you going through a lot of issues with this guy and speaking to different attorneys. I really doubt that you will get any money from this fool/thief/con/degenerate/scum.

The awesome thing is that you have told your story and that ppl know about this guy. I think now, this food will probably have to close down his store.

The question I have is, have you tried talking to your car insurance company about this issue? They might be able to give you some advice or possibly provide a claim for the damages..."Act of God", vandalism, destruction of property...etc...

If you have already did this and stated it in this thread...apologies in advance...

Also are you sure Mike isn't a meth or drug addict...it would explain a lot

I doubt I'd get anything out of this guy too, but I have to try. Even though he closes his shop down, it doesn't mean that he won't open up a new one. Yes, everyone knows his name, but there are still people who don't know about my story and he's going to try his hardest to find them.

Also, he will probably tell everyone something that makes him sound like the victim and try to get them to feel sorry for him(i.e. saying he outsourced the work) and give him business. Either way, he's going to try to climb out of this hole he's dug himself into and try to make money the only way he knows how.

I called my insurance company last week and they said that they don't cover this because it is classified under "bad workmanship." The car is still drivable.

They said that his shop insurance should cover it, but I doubt he even has any(everyone he's screwed over has only tried to get a refund, but yes, it doesn't mean he doesn't have insurance). Seeing how he handles things, I don't see him wanting to pay for insurance unless he has to have it to do body work.

Greetings from North America Motoring.

I particularly like the metal flake on the tires. Nice touch.

Hope you nail this guy's ass to the ground. If you still need a good body shop rec, I've got an awesome guy in OC.

If you read through the thread, the OPs have taken action against him for damages to the car to be repaired at another shop (If I've been following this right)

Hello! Admin from http://geometroforum.com checking in! I feel really bad for what that place has done to your car. Makes me angry that paying customers can be treated that way and have thier car ruined in the process. Good luck!

Thanks for all the support! I'm surprised it is still spreading.

I am taking the car to get it fixed in less than 2 weeks. I will definitely let you all know who it is and post pics of my car when it is done.

I have also received a call from an agent at the Bureau of Automotive Repair. He said that he will start his investigation once he is done with 3 complaints (not with the same shop that I went to) that are ahead of me.
