Question about Paypal.

If I received a payment on paypal today, and it says its not ready(pending) to be withdraw. The question I have is can I use that money to pay for something else?

i.e.

I have 100.00(pending) can I pay something from ebay for 89.00? or do I have to use my bank account to pay for it?

it will start to withdrawl money from your checking until the money is "completed" into your paypal account. its not like in the big 80's when you could kite money around

try it out and see what happens or you can always IM paypal. They are pretty good on that.

Transaction has to be complete before it's real money. Something could still F up on the other end.

It won't let you use a payment that is pending because you do not have the funds yet. PayPal does not do IOUs, lol...
