I know intake questions are a touchy subject, but this doesn't seem like one often talked about. My Osiris will be here any day now, and I'm wondering if the car has any benefit with the JWT intake installed when Osiris tunes the ECU? I had my JWT on for about 10k miles, but took it off in the summer, because it felt like heat-soak made the car struggle in the lower-range.
I kinda' miss the sound of the thing, but before slapping it back on, I'm curious whether or not reflashing the ECU (will also get E-Tune map from UpRev) will at least make the car work better with the intake. Before anyone asks, I have all the other critical bolt-ons: MD 5/16 Plenum Spacer, Ultimate Racing HFCs, Borla TD, and Magnaflow X-Pipe.
