NATS and UPREV
Hey so I've been searching around and can't get a clear answer. Im getting a p1615 code of "difference in key" and random non starting. Planning on getting an uprev tune, would disabling the NATS system solve my issue or could there still be faulty parts ex. ecu?
Thanks
Eric

hi guys. I have a G35X has a problem. Let me give you a summary of the problem: parked the car for 10 mins and came back. I have turned the ignition, and all the lights came and gone. turned it again, no lights. then I have disconnected & connected the battery, the lights are ok, the car cranks but wont run. The mechanic checked the car and told that tey get the P1610 and P1614 codes, probably the ecu is bad. The nearest Infiniti dealership is 65 miles away from here, and Nissan dealership here does not service the infiniti for the ECU problems. I have sent my ECU to a repair shop to have it fixed, and waiting now. The question is (let's talk about the worse scenario), if the repair won't solve the problem, should I disable the NATS? What are the disadvantages of disabling the NATS, besides no-immobilizer? i.e will I be able to use the intelligent key?

You can purchase the NATS Removal($350) on our web store. You will need to remove the ECU and ship it to us. Another option is, Osiris Standard. We can tune your car and disable NATS.

Hello Mike. I am not talking about the regular key. The intelligent key is one of those you keep in your pocket and no need to use neither for opening the doors or trunk, nor the ignition.
