Default OB2 Reader has no power..

Today I was messing around with my intake and disconnected the MAF sensor. I forgot to unplug the battery before this and not sure why but now my ob2 reader is not getting power. I know its not because I have a play and tune chip that is always hooked up to the OB2. The chip was working earlier today and now it stopped. My guess is I blew a fuse to the OB2. Not sure what it is but that chip was expensive. Also my check engine light came. I tried using two different code readers and they both didn't work.
