I have also requested support from Cobb... but i figured i'd ask on here too just in case... i updated my AP-NIS-001 on the accessport manager and it completed the update but now the AM doesn't recognize the AP anymore... Has anyone had this problem before? I was on firmware version 1.4x and now the device shows 1.6.1.0-13523 and it seems to work fine... but the manager just doesn't see it when you plug it in anymore. The windows device manager shows it as a usb connected device still... and the update log on AM shows "request device version failed" and "unable to retrieve version"... any ideas?

So after speaking with Cobb support they suggested using a Windows 7 computer to interface with the device and that did resolve my issue. Strange that the old firmware I was on worked fine in Windows 10 but once updating to the newest firmware, it broke that connectivity. But in any event, problem solved. Thanks all.
